   • Course Cancellations: If you have enrolled in a course or program, you may cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled for a future date.
2. Refund Policy
   • Subscription Refunds: For monthly subscriptions, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of the subscription period. After the first 7 days, no refunds will be issued for that subscription period. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within the first 30 days.
   • Course and Program Refunds: If you cancel your course or program enrollment within the specified cancellation period, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
   • One-Time Services: For one-time services such as personal coaching sessions, refunds are not available after the service has been delivered. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

   • The service or course you are requesting a refund for
   • The reason for the refund request
   Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
   • Digital products, including e-books and downloadable content, are non-refundable once purchased.
   • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and non-transferable.
